views. Featuring two air-conditioned master suites and a garage.
Located in a quiet, planned and gated community in the heart of
Princeville at the Makai Golf Course. A two story central foyer
connects the upper and lower levels. The upper level includes
a Great Room with cable tv/dvd next to the dining room with a
bay window and a large kitchen featuring Stainless appliances
and warm granite countertops. A large lanai adjoins the living
room. One of the two master suites is on the main level and has
it's own separate patio. The lower level includes the second master
suite, which faces romantic Bali Hai off it's private patio. Each
master has king beds. One has a Jacuzzi tub, the other a large
sumptuous shower enclosure. A third bedroom does double duty,
both as a study or reading room and a bedroom using it's queen
sleeper sofa. A full bath is adjacent to the third bedroom. The
three full baths provide convenience and privacy for all guests.
All furnishings are custom selected, not part of a standard "condo"
package because the owners consider this their home as well. If
you don't want to drive 8 miles to Hanalei Bay, plan to count
the waterfalls while lounging at the heated pool, using the oversize
Jacuzzi, or grilling your fresh catch of the day in the commons.
If you need to "get out" take a minute to walk over
to the Makai Course and play it's scenic and challenging 27 holes.
Let them keep your clubs for you. This villa allows you flexibility
to play golf while others with you take a rental car for shopping
or sightseeing excursions. While families are certainly welcome,
these villas are predominately occupied by adults, so they are
quieter than many island resort complexes.
